_____ Dale L. Peters grew up on a dairy farm in Lancaster, PA. It was not too long before he realized that he was not going to remain a farmer for the rest of his life, and he began studying construction. He worked as an employee of different construction companies for a few years, and began his own business in 1986. After working by himself for some time, he hired his first employee. Soon the need grew for a second, third and even up six in recent years. Dale bought a property in the center of Manheim and built the structure that the shop currently resides in. All the employees presently meet there in the mornings to do aerobics, name five things they are thankful for, and wash their vans. (¡everyday!!)
